faxapp.ca replaces the fax machine with your web browser. Here is everything that happens from sign-up to your first delivered fax.

When you sign up through faxapp.ca, you choose a local or toll-free fax number. Numbers are available in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, and you can add extra numbers to any plan.
Setup is four steps: your email, a one-time code, your fax number, then activate.
Send a fax from your browser
- Write or attach. Compose on your letterhead, or attach PDF, PNG or JPG files.
- Add a cover page from a template with your logo.
- Pick up to 50 recipients, each confirmed before sending.
- Send now or schedule up to 90 days ahead.
The person you fax receives it on the fax machine they already use.
Receive faxes securely
Faxes sent to your number arrive in a private browser inbox, stored encrypted. You get an alert in the app and in your browser the moment one arrives. Documents are never sent as email attachments.
On Business plans, a shared inbox and team roles let everyone see the faxes they need, and nothing more.
Track every fax
Every sent fax shows as Delivered, In progress or Failed, and a time-stamped delivery receipt is saved with each delivered fax. Failed faxes don't use your pages.
An append-only audit log records every view, download and send, and you can export it as CSV.
